I left the boys alone with C for just a minute and come back to find they have played "dress up" with him. Here's what I found:

T loves to dress up as a policeman these days. He wears an old Air Nat'l Guard dress hat of S and cowboy boots. Here is policeman T singing his ABCs:

Snow, Warriors & Love

This post is a long overdue mish mash of things that have been happening at our house the past couple of weeks.

The Saints winning the superbowl put this city on "party" mode last week. It seems like everywhere you went, everyone was talking about the game and rejoicing over the Saints' win.

While everyone has been getting snow these past few weeks, we saw some too down here. Ok, so it came down and definitely did not stick, but we saw snow. Can you see the specks of snow coming down?

W has been all about "Will:God's Mighty Warrior" lately and wanted to make a shield. So, he and S cut one out of cardboard and I turned him loose with the paint. He'll make it very clear he is not a knight but a warrior. Here's the proud warrior:

Here's W's latest bristle block creation: a robot. Pretty good for a 4 yr old

Now on to Valentine's Day... W missed his school party b/c they closed school due to snow (see above) Yeah, that's what I thought too. We celebrated on Sat at our house with heart shaped pancakes and chocolate syrup

And last but not least, here's what C is up to these days. He's grasping onto everything! He's holding toys and pulling hair, shirts and anything else he can get his hands on. He's growing fast!

W has no school this week for Mardi Gras (yes they get the whole week off). So, more adventures to report next week I'm sure.

To my Dallas Cowboy family, I'm sorry we've caught Saints fever this year!

But I'm still a Cowboy fan at heart!

Mardi Gras 2010

The Krewe of Olympia came through Covington last night. It was cold (for down here at least) so I rummaged through all our stuff and found our winter gear and we headed out for a night of family fun at one of the local Mardi Gras parades to catch us some beads. W remembered every bit from last year and T had fun dancing to the bands.

First PlayDate

C had his first playdate with his buddy, Blake. Blake is such a cutie and smiles with his eyes. I just know they will be best buds like their older brothers.

Well, at least C takes it all in stride!

3 Months

Where is time going? C is now three months and here's what he's up to:

• Laughing (see previous video post)
• Trying to talk with lots of cooing
• We're done with 0-3mo clothes. Just moved up size due to length. This boy is tall!
• Loves, loves, loves attention when it's given to him!
