Easter Pics

Decided to dress the boys in their Easter gear and try to snag some pictures early. Trying to get some on Easter morning is way too hectic. These didn't come out as well as I had hoped - it's almost impossible to get all three of them to look the same direction.

Home Alone

This past week, I was left home alone with all three of the boys for the entire week while S was in Dallas....And we survived!!! We tried very hard to stay busy to make the days go faster. As last time, we documented our days and sent texts to S while he did the same. Love technology! Here's a glimpse of our past week.
We went to the playground next to our subdivision and fed the ducks at their pond.
Lots of backyard time this week - can you believe we are already in shorts?! Just can't wait for the summer (enter sarcasm here)
Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt was this Saturday. Here's W with his bud, Gavin.
T looking hard for an egg - not much luck.
Our gifts Dad brought back from his trip to Dallas - we are true cowboys now!!!

Nanny & Pawpaw's Visit

This past weekend, my parents came down for a visit. They brought my niece down with them since it was her spring break. The boys, of course, had a blast and it really helped break up the "mundaneness". (And, Nanny got her baby-fix for a few months too.)
Gifts from Nanny and PawPaw included dress up stuff. The world is a much safer place now with Policeman T and Spiderman!
I love this picture....so characteristic of my boys. C looks like he's saying "help - get me outta here!"
Brittany with the boys. Hard to believe she will be a highschooler next year!
Looks who's eating now! C has started baby food and eating up every bit. So far, bananas win are the fav!
We made some rainbow cupcakes to celebrate St. Patricks Day. Got this idea from FamilyFun magazine and they really turned out quite cute!

When Daddy's Away....

S has been out of town the past few days. The boys loved when their dad sent texts with pictures of his trip such as his airplane, his hotel and the Washington Monument. So today we sent texts to Dad showing what we did all day while we waited for his return.
Good morning Dad! (Breakfast time)
Enjoying the gorgeous weather at the Park:
Picnic on the driveway for lunch (the grass is too soggy so the driveway had to do)

4 Months

I'm a little late posting this update. Wasn't it just the end of Feb?? March is flying already but I have a feeling it will slow down with all the out of town trips S has this month (leaving me solo with all three kiddos thus the belief March will drag). Here's C at 4 months. He had his checkup last week and was a little on the skinny side. We have to go back later this month for a weight check. He's a tall skinny dude following big brother W's stats at 4 months.
  • 12 lbs 6 oz. / 26 inches long
  • started cereal due to weight and is doing great
  • trying to roll over - did it twice but none since
  • blowing raspberries (especially while eating)
  • a little chatterbox - trying to talk a lot right now
  • hands are ALWAYS in his mouth - I have another thumb-sucker
  • started church nursery. Ladies man in there - he's the only boy
