Growing Up
It's amazing how fast your little babies grow up. Never believed it until I became a mom. W got his hair cut today. It makes him look a little older (can't really tell by the pic). He's also growing out of all his clothes! He is spouting off stuff now that just makes us laugh. We were amazed on Sunday how he remembered his bible story about Jesus riding into town on a donkey and the people singing Hosanna Hosanna - Jesus is King! (Those were his exact words)
T is even chubbier now and finally starting to grow a little hair. Does he look scared or what in this pic?! He is sitting up very good and really trying to go somewhere. You can tell he really wants to crawl over and get those toys but just wondering how he can do it. He's very vocal - many nightly conversations with his fish aquarium.

Snow Play
Sad to report - no 'Frosty' today. The snow was not good snowman snow. We tried but were unsuccessful. Here are some snapshots from the day.
Up to our waist in snow! Yep...that's how high it was for W on the sidewalks. W saw the Kings outside and looked at his Daddy and said "I'm going over" and headed to their house.
W playing with neighbor Bradyn. They have so much fun together.

Wish Granted
We wished we could see snow before we headed down south, where we will not see snow for another 5 years, and today our wish was granted! So far we have about 4-5 inches and they are predicting around 8-10 inches tonight! This will be our biggest snowfall since living in Louisville. W had lots of fun today playing in the snow. He kept going down his slide, landing in the snow, then laughing his head off. Tomorrow we are planning to build our 'frosty' with his carrot nose. More pics tomorrow. Here are some pics of the day:
W and Daddy all bundled up and ready to play.

Girls, Girls, Girls

Last night was payback time. My friend, Angeline, kept W the entire week we were gone to New Orleans. As part of her thank you gift, I included a free night of babysitting for a date night. Last night we kept our friends, Elle and Tori. As many of you know from previous postings, Elle is W's little girlfriend (or that's what we call them). The girls did quite well. However, things were a little rowdy with four in the house. They all fight like brothers and sisters and it's very comical to watch. I know W is going to miss Elle and Tori very much after we move.
Shea's comment after the night was over: "no girls, just boys for us". He had flashbacks to the Brittany days of endless talking. (She was very much a chatty kathy back in the days) Well, we'll see about the no girls thing. Although, I have to admit I like my boys very much and there isn't much 'drama' in the house.
