Our new place

Well, it's taken me some time to finally get this post on here. We made the 3 day trip to Virginia very smoothly. We split it up so well the boys never got too crazy in the car (just crazy in the hotel every night). I really like the area we live in. Our townhouse is the one on the end closest in the picture. I wanted to give you a perspective of what the townhouses are like here. They are EVERYWHERE!
This is our view of the back. For those of you I have talked to it's been hard to describe exactly what it is like. Our garage in on the end (furthest away) and the playground is across the little fire lane. We have a bike trail next to us and a golf course on the other side. It's a great location for a townhouse with no courtyard. The boys have met the neighbors two houses down. It's a family from India and they have two boys, Nadeem and Jesim (7 & 4). The boys will all go out and ride bikes in our little parking area and run over to the playground (a.k.a clubhouse). It's fun to watch them play and they are two of the nicest little boys. W's quote of the day was "Mom, No one seems to be peach like us in Washington DC" He was referring to skin color. Oh the mind of a 5 yr old. So funny! Needless to say we have had many conversations about how God created everyone and it's not polite to refer to them by skin color.

We have registered W for kindergarten and are anxiously awaiting it's start. They don't start until after Labor Day. Three boys and a three floor townhouse equals one fit momma by the time this two year term is over!
