Cub Scout outings

We've been super busy with cub scout outing lately.  Both the boys are in separate packs so it seems like we have something every weekend.  Last weekend we went on a hike with T's group.  We took the whole fam and it was a really fun hike.  There is a trail through the old railroad tunnels workers used when they built the Hoover Dam.  They reach from Lake Mead to the Dam.  We only hiked through two tunnels and then turned around and called it a day.  On the way back we were lucky enough to see about 8 longhorn sheep crossing the trail right by us.  Very cool.

Then this weekend, W's group headed to the Lion Habitat for a tour.  This is fairly new here.  They took the lions which used to be in the MGM Casino hotel and made a habitat facility for them plus new ones as well.
One of the lions roard at T and S said he took off running so fast!  He is so skittish (must take after his Aunt Rhonda).  HA!
This guy isn't afraid of anything!
 The crew at their best....
