Emerson the Elephant

Meet Emerson....

He is the "mascot" of C's preschool class.  C got to take him home on Wed and spend a few days with him.  Then we had to write about what we did in Emerson's journal.  So, we decided to do some special things with this new friend.

First we took Emerson to the park (actually we were forced to go to the park while our house was being shown by realtor).  BUT, we had planned to take him there anyway.  C thought it was fun to race Emerson down the double slide.

 The next day, C did not have school so we had a great time out.  We took Emerson for a special lunch at McDonalds.  He tried a chicken nugget and C let him drink some Coke through his trunk.

 Lastly, we took Emerson to the outlet mall to look for C some new sneakers.  Emerson helped C pick out a cool new pair of Jedi sneakers that light up like a light saber.  And believe it or not, Emerson only got to learn how to play one new video game and that was for only like an hour!!!

 A great time was had by all!
